Lauren Farmer

Lauren Farmer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren currently works at SAFEbuilt as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they value integrity, improvement, service, teamwork, and respect. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner, Recruiting at Atlas Copco from March 2020 to November 2021. Lauren also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Art Van Furniture from November 2018 to March 2020, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment, vendor oversight, and onboarding. Before that, they worked at Sherwin-Williams as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist from May 2016 to November 2018, where they handled full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training for IT positions. Lauren's earlier experience includes working as a Crisis Interventionist at Townhall 2 from May 2012 to August 2018.

Subsequently, they enrolled at Cleveland State University from 2015 to 2017, where they completed a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
