Randy Spears

Randy Spears is a seasoned building inspector with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Building Inspector at SAFEbuilt since September 2022, Randy has previously held similar roles at Logistx and Hillsborough County from June 2021 to October 2022 and September 2017 to June 2021, respectively. Prior to these positions, Randy was a Managing Partner at RS Construction Group from April 2013 to September 2017 and operated RS Spears Construction Consulting Inc from April 2000 to July 2011 as the Owner.
