Dave Fitzgerald

Dave Fitzgerald has worked for a variety of companies since 2007. Dave was a Commissioned Officer for the US Army from 2007 to 2012 and for the North Carolina National Guard from 2012 to 2015. Dave then worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina from 2015 to 2016 and for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from 2017 to 2018. Dave then worked as an Associate for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2016 to 2018 and for O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 2018 to 2020. Dave is currently working as an Assistant United States Attorney for United States Attorneys' Offices since 2020 and will be the General Counsel for SafeGraph starting in 2022.

Dave Fitzgerald attended the University of North Carolina School of Law from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.).
