Staci Block, MBA has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Currently, they are serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Safeguard Medical. Prior to this, they held the role of Global Human Resources Director - Dental and IT at ZimVie, where they played a key role in establishing an independent entity with over 2700 employees and $1B in revenue. At Zimmer Biomet, Staci served as the Global Human Resources Director for CMF&T and Dental, where they supported the Group President and their leadership staff and managed a team of 6 direct reports. Before that, they worked at Biomet in various HR roles, including Group Human Resources Director and Human Resources Director. Staci started their career at BNY Mellon and Kirker Enterprises before joining Unilever HPC as a Human Resources Recruiter/Coordinator. Overall, Staci has a strong background in HR leadership, business partnering, and team management.
