Dawn Lyons

Dawn Lyons currently serves as an IT Onboarding Specialist and previously held the role of IT Field Services Coordinator at CrossCountry Mortgage, Inc. since February 2019. With extensive experience in telecommunications, Dawn has worked as a Telecom Administrator at Safeguard Properties since August 2012 and previously as a Telecommunications Analyst and Executive Assistant at Xpress Loan Servicing from May 2004 to August 2011. Earlier positions include an internship at Equity Engineering Group and various administrative roles at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Dawn pursued certifications in A+, CCNA, and CCNA-W while studying at Cuyahoga Community College. Dawn also holds a Cosmetology License from Euclidian Beauty College.
