Tommy Goodman

Tommy Goodman is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in desktop support, network analysis, and customer service. Currently serving as a Sr Desktop Support Technician at Safelite since August 2023, Tommy previously worked at CareServ as a Network Analyst and Help Desk Support Specialist from July 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Tommy spent over four years at Comcast as a Cable Technician, excelling in the installation and troubleshooting of internet, home security, and television services. Tommy's foundational experience includes military service in the Army National Guard from March 2014 to March 2020 as an Infantry Soldier, where responsibilities included reconnaissance operations and maintenance of communication equipment. Educationally, Tommy is pursuing an MBA in IT Business Management at Western Governors University while holding a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and an Associate’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
