Trevor Darrell is an advisor at SafelyYou. Trevor was previously a software applications intern at Texas Instruments, where they developed a real-time, web-based thermostat and weather application in an embedded Linux environment using Qt and C++ for the Sitara marketing group. Trevor also interned at UT Southwestern, where they helped develop an application in C++ for reconstructing a 3D model of the lung from 2D slices generated by CT scan. From 2014 to 2016, they were a PHD student at UC Berkeley, where they led three projects exploring capabilities of IoT, speech, and image processing to support dementia care.
Trevor Darrell received their Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Trevor also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
