John Foley

John Foley serves as the Managing Director of the Safer Buildings Coalition, where the focus is on ensuring effective communication systems for emergencies within buildings. With extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, John holds advisory and executive positions at Cathedral Consulting, LLC, and Priority RF, where John manages wireless development and systems. Previously, John has held leadership roles at several companies, including Director at Henkels & McCoy, and Director of Business Development at PMTV, among others. Notably, John was the President and CEO of City Signal Communications, successfully raising significant investment and expanding its network before its sale. John has a strong background in operations and engineering roles at Level 3 Communications and XO Communications, among others, coupled with a solid educational foundation from DeVry University and Temple University.
