Sharon Malone

Sharon Malone is a skilled professional with diverse experience in case management, communications, and coordination roles. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Safer Foundation since January 2022, Sharon conducts intake assessments and provides counseling to clients. Prior to this, Sharon worked as a Communications Manager at dOSA Naturals from March 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included developing communications strategies and creating marketing content. Earlier experience includes an internship at The Edge On Air, focusing on content creation and social media engagement, as well as multiple roles at MetroTech HVAC Service LLC, where responsibilities ranged from parts coordination to managing invoices. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Chicago State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
