Ben Wegner, MBA, SSGB, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success & Account Management at SafeSend, beginning in September 2024. Prior roles include Global Director of Customer Success at DTN, where significant achievements included surpassing retention goals by over 30% and managing over $300 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Additionally, at FloQast, Ben led the Customer Success organization with $90 million in assets under management, achieving a Net Revenue Retention of over 115%. Previous experiences at SAP Concur and Ameriprise Financial Services involved leading multiple client success teams and implementing strategies that significantly reduced churn and improved operational efficiencies. Ben holds an MBA from Bethel University, a Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of St. Thomas, and a B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
