Marcos Coelho serves as the Gerente de Serviços at Safetec® since June 2016, overseeing the collaboration and productivity teams as well as the Google Cloud team. Their extensive experience includes positions such as Gerente de Serviços - Google Workspace and Gerente de Soluções (Pré-Venda), where responsibilities involved managing pre-sales and training teams while collaborating with account managers on project analysis. Previous roles include leading the Google Workspace support team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support for over 300 clients at Safetec Informática. Marcos holds degrees in Redes de Computadores and Análise Técnica de Suporte, complemented by training in design and hardware support.
