Kamila Kadlčková

Kamila Kadlčková's work experience starts in 2011 as a barista at Starbucks. In 2012, they were promoted to Shift Supervisor. In 2011, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Gardner Denver. Her next job was in IT Recruitment at Iconity - Data Analytics Talents in 2017, where they held two positions: IT Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Researcher. In 2020, they worked as a Tester at Simplity, where they reviewed and analyzed system specifications, wrote test scenarios and documented technical issues. Currently, they work as a Scrum Master at Safetica, starting in 2021.

Kamila Kadlčková graduated from Gymnázium EDUCAnet in 2011 with a graduation exam. Prior to that, they attended Gymnázium Brno - Řečkovice from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their academic education, Kamila obtained various certifications including Scrum: Advanced and Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from The Open University, and Technical Recruiting, Customer Service, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, Social Recruiting for Recruiters, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn. Kamila also obtained a certification in Communication and Presentation Based on Personality Traits from top vision and certifications in Coffee Master from Starbucks and Hospitality & Catering lvl.2 from Locomotivation.
