Technical Engineer - troubleshooting team at Safetica

Radim Kříž has worked in various technical support and troubleshooting roles since 2017. In their most recent position at Safetica, they work as a Technical Engineer in the troubleshooting team, providing 3rd level support to customers worldwide for Safetica ONE and Safetica NXT products. Radim is experienced in testing and analyzing technical issues related to software and reviewing log files related to the product. Prior to this, they worked as an Application Support Specialist at Global IT Center, managing SAP transactions monitoring and basic server, virtual, and application troubleshooting. Radim also brings experience as a Technical Support Specialist at Y Soft, a NOC/SOC ServiceDesk agent at Anovis CZ s.r.o and as a Technical Support Analyst for Zonr software. Early in their career, Radim began as a Novinář (journalist) at Deník.

Radim Kříž started their education in 2011 by attending Obchodní akademie Veselí nad Moravou, where they studied Informační technologie until 2014. Radim then moved to Masaryk University Brno, where they studied Mediální studia a žurnalistika from 2014 to 2018. In 2015, they also began studying Informační technologie at Masaryk University Brno, which they completed in 2017. In 2016, they attended Digisemestr to learn about Letní škoda digitálního marketingu. No additional certifications were obtained.
