Lisa Stefano

Lisa Stefano currently serves as Vice President - Coverage Counsel at Safety National since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions as Vice President at Swiss Re for a brief period and as a Partner at Gfeller Laurie LLP. Earlier in the career, Lisa worked as Litigation / Coverage Attorney at The RiverStone Group and spent 16 years at The Hartford in various capacities, including Assistant General Counsel. Additionally, Lisa was Counsel in the Environmental Litigation Group at Travelers and began a career at Verizon as a Marketing Manager. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Syracuse University, alongside additional studies at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, as well as a diploma from Bronx High School of Science.
