Michelle Rogers

Michelle Rogers, MBA, is an experienced professional in talent management and learning and development, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Management at Safety National since October 2017. With a focus on enhancing employee experiences throughout their career journeys, Michelle employs a proactive approach to talent attraction, development, and retention. Prior to this role, Michelle held several positions at Scottrade from October 2010 to October 2017, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President of Learning & Development, where responsibilities included administering training programs for associate development.
