Jillian Marques

As Director of Talent and Human Resources, Jillian leads all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Retention, Employee Engagement and Benefits programming with additional focus on Performance Management and Career Development.

Prior to joining Safety Partners, Jillian spent 13 years gaining experience in many aspects of HR and Talent Acquisition by supporting small startups in various roles with rapidly increasing responsibility. Driven by the desire of finding a better way to work and a passion for always learning more she became a self-proclaimed HR “geek”, digging in to provide meaningful employment experiences.

Jillian holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Public Relations from Suffolk University.
