Avery Lumpkins

Avery Lumpkins has a diverse professional background with experience in law enforcement, incident response management, and automotive service. Currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff in the Court Services Department at the Cook County Sheriff’s Office since May 2021, Avery also has prior experience as a Correctional Officer/Deputy Sheriff at Cook County Jail. In addition to law enforcement roles, Avery has worked for Safety Service Systems Inc. (S3, Inc.) as an Incident Response Manager since September 2011. Earlier work experience includes a short stint as a Messenger for Loomis US in early 2021 and several positions at Fletcher Jones Audi from July 2015 to February 2021, including Service Technician and Express Team Leader. Avery holds a High School Diploma from Nicholas Senn High School and has pursued further education at Triton College and City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College.
