John Bjerkness

John Bjerkness is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in budget management, fund accounting, and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Technical Coordinator in Treasury & Budgeting at Northern Trust Corporation since January 2019, John has successfully created and analyzed budgets for high-value clients, streamlined payment processes, and maintained investment performance data. Previously, John held positions as a Senior Fund Accountant and Associate Fund Accountant, gaining expertise in risk management and the calculation of Net Asset Values for mutual funds. Additional experience includes roles at Safety Service Systems Inc. providing customer service at major events, and internships at Saint Louis University and Victory Park Capital Advisors, where finance and operational skills were further developed. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from Saint Louis University.
