Philip Goldie

Philip Goldie currently holds the position of Managing Director, APAC at SafetyCulture since February 2025 and serves as a Limited Partner/Investor at OIF Ventures. Since March 2021, Philip has been a Board Member and Chair of the Digital Strategy Committee at the Children's Medical Research Institute, focusing on advancing the organization's digital strategy. Previously, Philip was Vice President & Managing Director at Okta from May 2022 to February 2025, leading efforts in the ANZ region. A long history at Microsoft, from January 2010 to January 2022, includes roles such as Senior Director for Small, Medium, and Corporate Business and Executive Sponsor for the ANZ Giving Council. Early career experiences include senior marketing and management roles at Nortel and Alteon WebSystems. Philip's educational background features an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and qualifications in negotiation and organizational leadership.
