Daissyna (DJ) Johnson-Harker

Daissyna (DJ) Johnson-Harker has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Daissyna (DJ) is currently the Human Resources Director for Safewaze and Bee Access. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager for Dry Pro Basement Systems from March 2015 to present. In this role, they supported the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, maintained employee confidentiality and privacy, and led recruiting activities. Daissyna (DJ) also created and implemented effective onboarding plans, supported the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, and maintained employee records. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Front Desk Representative for Wingate by Wyndham Concord. From 2009 to 2013, they were an Office Assistant for Academic Affairs at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Intern at the Regional AIDS Interfaith Network (RAIN).

Daissyna (DJ) Johnson-Harker attended West Carteret High School from 2005 to 2009 and earned a High School degree with a College/University Prep field of study. Daissyna (DJ) then attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2009 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Health.
