Joel Garnica

Joel Garnica is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at SafeworkCM since January 2022, Garnica previously held the role of Supervising Project Manager for San Bernardino County from November 2016 to January 2022. Prior experience includes Construction Manager at Vanir Construction Management and Project Manager positions at the City of Everett, WA, and Kenco Construction. Additionally, Garnica served as an Infantry Team Leader in the US Army from April 1991 to July 1995. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
