As Saffron’s Client Services lead Luz works with her team to continuously improve the way in which they orchestrate and manage client relations, paramount for achieving positive and impactful results.

When she is not in the office or with clients she also spends time teaching at IE’s School of Human Sciences and Technology in Madrid.
