Luca Bertacci started their career in 2010 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ceramiche Gardenia Orchidea S.p.a, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined GAMMA DUE as a Tecnico Ambientale, focusing on environmental behavior and energy analysis. Later that year, they transitioned to RIGHI VILIAM srl as a Quality Engineer, managing quality systems and non-conformance issues. Since 2014, Luca has been working at SAFIM Spa, initially as a Quality Engineer and currently as a Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, they oversee quality management systems, conducts audits, analyzes performance indicators, and evaluates non-conformities.
Luca Bertacci completed an Engineer's degree in Materials Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia from 2004 to 2009. In 2012 to 2013, Luca pursued a Tecnico Ambientale degree from PMI Sede Forli-Cesena. Additionally, Luca obtained various certifications including Auditor Interno di Sistemi di Gestione Integrati per l’ambiente, la salute e la sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro (ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) from TUV SUD in March 2023, Auditor/Responsabili gruppo di Audit di Sistemi di Gestione per la qualità from ANGQ in November 2015, Tecnico ambientale ISO 14001 from Unilavoro PMI (Confederazione Nazionale Piccole e Medie Imprese) in July 2013, and Abilitazione alla professione di Ingegnere from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in May 2010. From 2018 to 2020, Luca worked as a CNH & CONSULENTE ESTERNO, focusing on the implementation of WCM projects.
