Joanne Downs

Joanne Downs is an experienced professional in customer success and supply chain management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Safran Federal Systems since August 2021. Prior to this role, Joanne held various positions at L3Harris Technologies from April 2008 to July 2021, including Director of Supply Chain Management and Project Manager. Joanne began their career as an Electrical Engineering Co-op at Welch Allyn from 2005 to 2007. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
