Justin Vacca

Justin Vacca is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and emergency medical services. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Safran Federal Systems since August 2022, Justin has held various leadership roles, including Operations Manager. Justin also contributes to the community as a Paramedic and EMT-B with Perinton Ambulance, where involvement began in November 2010, alongside a position on the Board of Directors. Previously, Justin worked at L3Harris Technologies from November 2015 to August 2022, progressing from Senior Manufacturing Engineer to Manager of Operations. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at New Scale Technologies, ranging from Mechanical Engineer to Manufacturing Manager. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an EMT-Paramedic certification from Monroe Community College.
