Abdelkader Zaidi

Abdelkader Zaidi has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at LEONI since March 2019. In this role, Abdelkader is responsible for defining and implementing the Internal Material Flow strategy, optimizing inventory processes, and managing projects related to material flow and warehouse standards. Previous positions held at LEONI include acting leader for Internal Material Flow & Warehouse, where tasks involved overseeing warehouse efficiency and developing action plans based on KPI performance. Earlier experience includes a graduation project at DRÄXLMAIER Group focused on MTM analysis, engineering internships aimed at material consumption reduction at CHAKIRA CABLE, and a project enhancing emergency services at Charles Nicolle Hospital. Abdelkader holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie industriel from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis and earlier degrees in mathematics and physics.
