Currently serving as Supplier Performance Manager for global suppliers at Safran since February 2017, Derek previously held roles including Head of Composites for the Optima Seats Programme at Safran Seats and Director of Operations for Spares & Repairs at ZODIAC SEATS, overseeing significant revenue-generating operations. With a solid foundation at Zodiac Aerospace as Director of Operations at the Camberley facility and a decade-long tenure as Manufacturing Director at GE Aviation, Derek's expertise extends across global manufacturing operations, financial stewardship, and compliance with aviation regulations. Early career experience includes a position as Manufacturing Manager at The Rover Group.
