Nigel Woodford

Nigel Woodford is a seasoned executive in the aerospace industry with extensive experience in senior management roles within the Safran Group. Currently serving as Managing Director and Safran National Executive for the UK since January 2021, Nigel previously held positions such as Executive Vice President for Engineered Materials & Advanced Composites at Safran Cabin and Executive Vice President Programs at Safran Landing Systems. Nigel’s expertise includes overseeing landing gear repair and overhaul activities, customer service management, and program direction for Airbus Single Aisle landing gear programs. Nigel is an alumnus of the University of Cambridge, where a MA Hons in Engineering Science was earned from 1981 to 1984.
