Aurelie Chauvel

Aurelie Chauvel has extensive experience in human resources, starting as an HR Generalist at Association de soins et services à domicile (ASSAD) in 2007. Aurelie then worked at Orange Business Services as an HR Planning Assistant in 2008 and briefly at IBM in Talent Management Support in 2009. Aurelie joined TotalEnergies in 2010, where they held various HR roles, including Human Resources Project Coordinator, Compensation & Job Grading Analyst, Compensation & Benefits Manager, Talent Mobility Manager, and Head of HR Methods and Performance. Aurelie ended their tenure at TotalEnergies as Vice President HR Strategy Learning and Diversity in the Marketing & Services division in 2023. Currently, Aurelie serves as the Human Resources Director of the Integrated Advanced Technology Division at Saft.

Aurelie Chauvel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at IGR-IAE Rennes in 2007, followed by a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at the same institution in 2009. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Université de Rennes I in 2006. Aurelie also received a certification in AssessFirst - Predictive Assessment Technology from AssessFirst in 2019.
