Terry Cooper

Terry Cooper has over 17 years of cumulative HR experience, starting as an HR Manager at Shaw Industries in 2004. Terry later moved to Saft America, Inc., where they held various positions, eventually becoming the HR Director for the US & Aerospace, Defense, and Performance Division. In this role, they oversaw HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, safety, and compliance, providing strategic HR support to achieve company goals while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws. Terry also led workforce planning and organizational assessments to drive business results.

Terry Cooper holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Personnel Management from Eastern New Mexico University, a Juris Doctor in Law from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Development from Webster University.
