Naeem Moideen is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations at Saft since January 2024, managing both IMI prismatic and cylindrical cell operations as well as energy storage systems at Saft JAX. Previously, Naeem held the position of Director of Operations in Saft's IMI Division. Naeem's background includes serving as Area Manager for Anode Mixing-Electrode at Tesla, where responsibilities included managing operations supporting the Model Y and Cybertruck batteries, as well as launching anode and cathode slitting operations at Giga Factory Texas. Earlier career experience involves being a Production Manager at Fitesa, overseeing plant operations, new product development, and warehouse activities, and serving as Production Supervisor and Electrical Engineer in Pantex Mena. Naeem holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut and a diploma in Computer Aided Designing and Drafting from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
