Ahmad Alrefai

Ahmad Alrefai has over a decade of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Safwa Islamic Bank since June 2017, where previous responsibilities included the role of Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Ahmad was employed at AlRajhi Bank from February 2012 to May 2017, working as a Sales Coordinator focused on client finance pre-approval and customer contract management. Ahmad holds a degree from Yarmouk University, completed between 2004 and 2008.
