Previously, Belal spent nearly nine years at Housing Bank for Trade and Finance, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships as a Relationship Manager and providing exceptional services to VIP clients. Early career roles included Customer Service Officer and Bank Teller, focusing on customer needs, product marketing, and quality service delivery. Belal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management and Operations from Hashemite University, completed in 2008.
