Maysa Shakhshir has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Branches Control & Development Senior Manager at Safwa Islamic Bank since January 2015, and previously held the position of Internal Control Manager for CICS. Prior to this role, Maysa was the Operational Risk Manager at Egyptian Arab Land Bank from January 2011 to January 2015, where responsibilities included updating policies and developing governance frameworks. Maysa holds a BA in Financial Management & Banking from Applied Science University (1997-2001) and a General Certificate of Secondary Education from Rosary College in Amman, Jordan.
