Jusantika Hezron Sitorus

Jusantika Hezron Sitorus is a Project Manager currently working at SAGA Digital Studio since July 2021. In this role, they are responsible for identifying project goals and objectives, creating project plans and budgets, coordinating and communicating with the team in monitoring project progress, and solving existing problems.

Before their current position, Jusantika had an internship as a WordPress Engineer at itmi.id - Indopasifik Teknologi Medika Indonesia, PT from February to May 2021. Their main tasks included customizing and building components in WordPress, as well as implementing responsive web pages for digital products.

In 2020, Jusantika worked as a Freelance Web Designer for PT SafetyCo in November-December, where they created websites according to expectations and managed development and production times. Jusantika Hezron also trained and simulated the use of WordPress. Additionally, in October 2020, they were a Freelance Web Designer for Monitor Balikpapan and Gerakan Pramuka Kwartir Cabang Balikpapan, where they managed development and production time, participated in web development, and provided training on WordPress.

Prior to their freelance work, Jusantika had an Operational Unit Internship at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) from June to August 2019. Their main responsibility was to create Standard Operating Procedures for Incident Management IT Services based on ITIL Incident Management Version 3. Jusantika Hezron also served as an Assistant Lecturer at Institut Teknologi Kalimantan from February to July 2019, assisting in teaching web-based programming, creating materials and practices, and grading assignments and practices.

Jusantika Hezron Sitorus completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Institut Teknologi Kalimantan from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda from 2013 to 2016, majoring in Mathematics and Natural Science.

In addition to their formal education, Jusantika Hezron Sitorus has also obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they obtained the Java Foundations certification from Oracle. In November 2017, they obtained the Process Automation certification from Bizagi, and in October 2017, they obtained the Process Modeling certification, also from Bizagi.
