Jennifer Winans

Jennifer Winans, M.A. has a diverse work history in talent acquisition and mental health. Jennifer is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Saga Education since February 2022. Prior to this, they held roles such as Associate Director of Talent and Recruitment Manager at Saga Education. In 2021, they worked as a LinkedIn Specialist at RCG Talent Solutions. From 2017 to 2019, Jennifer worked at Pace Center for Girls as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and School Therapist. Before that, they served as a Mental Health Clinician at Growth Works, Inc. from 2015 to 2017 and as a Therapist at Haymarket Center from 2013 to 2015.

Jennifer Winans, M.A. completed their education at The Chicago School from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Central Michigan University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Family Studies.
