Samantha Vesala

Samantha Vesala is the Managing Director at Saga Furs. Samantha was previously the Supply Chain Management Director at FOOTBALANCE from August 2012 to June 2014. During their time at FOOTBALANCE, they contributed to company annual revenue growth and positive EBITA in 2013 by consolidating the number of suppliers and streamlining the order process. Samantha also negotiated cost savings 8% for 2013 and build up the supply chain team from scratch.

Samantha Vesala has a wealth of experience in supply chain management and is responsible for all Group level Supply Chain functions and processes. Samantha is a member of the management team and reports directly to the Group CEO. Under their leadership, the supply chain team has been successfully defined, roles & responsibilities have been clearly laid out, and recruiting has been completed.

Samantha Vesala has an Executive MBA from Aalto University Executive Education, a B.A. in Western Literature & Humanity and Communications from Taipei Tamkang University, and a certification from Helsinki University of Technology in Diploma of Global Sourcing.

They are on a team with Mikko Hovén - Sales Director, Sameli Mäkelä - Production Director, and Julio Suarez Christiansen - Business Director. Samantha Vesala reports to Juha Huttunen, Interim CEO, Deputy Managing Director, Finance.
