Emma Peat has a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Emma has held various leadership roles at companies like Vashi, White Stuff, and Pentland Brands, where they managed teams, developed recruitment strategies, enhanced candidate experiences, and led diversity initiatives. Emma'sexperience includes creating and implementing employer branding strategies, overseeing senior leadership hiring, and improving recruitment processes. Emma also has experience in corporate hospitality and consultancy roles. Currently, Emma Peat serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Saga plc.
Emma Peat completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Prior Park College from 2004 to 2009. In 2022, they obtained the Textio Interrupting Bias in Hiring Certification from Textio.
