Jo Clark (MCIPD) has extensive experience in HR and People Operations, starting in 1996 at Tesco. Jo held various roles including Personnel Manager, Project Manager, and People Business Partner, focusing on change management, employee engagement, and compliance with employment legislation. Jo later worked at Debenhams as an HR Business Partner, leading transformation initiatives. Most recently, they have held leadership positions at Saga plc., overseeing People Operations and People Change initiatives. Throughout their career, Jo has demonstrated a strong track record in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.

Jo Clark attended Kirton Secondary School in Lincolnshire from 1980 to 1985. In 2018, they obtained the certification of Chartered Member from CIPD and also became a Mental Health First Aider through MHFA England. In 2021, they acquired a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
