Shanta Majumder

Shanta Majumder is a doctoral student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Saga University since October 2022. Prior to this, Shanta served as a Senior Officer and Officer in Quality Control at Renata Limited from August 2020 to August 2022, and held the position of Chemist at Waste Technologies LLC (WTL) for a brief period in 2020. Shanta's early career included work as a Thesis Fellow and Graduate Research Student at the Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR), focusing on the preparation, characterization, and development of thin film solar cells. Shanta completed an M.Sc in Physical Chemistry and a B.Sc (Honours) in Chemistry from Comilla University, and has a foundation in science from Hajigonj Degree College and Hajigonj Government Model Pilot High School & College.
