Gabriella Pesticci

Gabriella Pesticci is a Doctoral Student at Michigan State University since August 2025, following a diverse background in physics and research. Prior to this, Gabriella worked at Kenyon College from January 2022 to May 2025 in various roles, including Physics Administrative Systems Support and Undergraduate Student Researcher, focusing on experimental atomic, molecular, and optical research. Notable projects included demonstrating coherence in three-body entangled Rydberg states and utilizing spatial light modulators for optical tweezer arrays under the guidance of Professor Aaron Reinhard. Gabriella also participated in the CERN Summer Student Program in 2024, contributing to the development of a graph neural network for jet flavor classification at the LHCb experiment. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Kenyon College, alongside experiences at The University of Edinburgh and earlier education at Hamden Hall Country Day School and North Branford High School. Additionally, Gabriella has experience in client service roles at Celtic Cavern from March 2021 to August 2023.
