Michelle O'Brien is an experienced project manager with a strong background in operational improvement and data analytics. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sagacity since July 2021, Michelle focuses on delivering high-quality solutions and data-driven services. Previously, Michelle held the role of Continuous Improvement Manager at Xylem Inc., where strategic operational enhancements were implemented to drive revenue and profit growth. Earlier experience includes senior project management at Orbit World Travel, as well as various roles at HRG that involved global travel procurement and commercial finance analysis, supporting cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
