Joseph George

Joseph George, also known as JJ Gerard, is an accomplished On Air Personality with extensive experience in radio broadcasting. Since June 2015, Joseph has hosted an evening show on a classic rock station for Saga Communications while participating in promotional events. Prior to this role, Joseph served as Executive Producer at Journal Broadcast Group from April 2010 to May 2015, where self-production of a successful afternoon radio program and management of social media content were key responsibilities. Joseph's career began at Clear Channel Communications as an On-Air Personality/Announcer/Producer/Host, from November 2004 to April 2009, where the development of online content and social media presence was crucial. Joseph's early experience includes a role as Music Director and On-Air Talent at WUBE and WYGY from 1992 to 2004, marking the inception of the "Young Country - Y96" format. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Journalism from the University of Iowa, obtained in 1987.
