Saïk Paugam

Saïk Paugam is a Partner at Sagard and joined the firm in 2004. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Saïk invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in originating and executing deals, as well as in tracking investment performance and managing divestments. Saïk originally joined Sagard as an Associate in 2004, was promoted to Director in 2009, and made Partner in 2013. He is based in Paris.

Prior to Sagard, Saïk was an Associate in M&A at Morgan Stanley where he participated in a number of divestments by large French companies as part of transactions involving private equity funds and manufacturing corporations.

Saïk holds an MBA from HEC Paris.
