Sarah Caraman

Sarah Caraman currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Operations and Director of Corporate Development at Sagard, a multi-strategy alternative asset management firm, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Chief Of Staff at Diagram Ventures from September 2020 to January 2024 and worked as a Freelance Strategy Consultant from June to September 2020. Sarah's experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor for Strategy, Transformation, and M&A Integration at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group from September 2017 to March 2020, and as a Business Strategy Analyst at Juniper from 2016 to August 2017. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor’s Degree from Concordia University with Great Distinction and honors such as the Marketing Medal, and ongoing studies for another Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
