Nisha Nair

Nisha Nair serves as the Head of Human Resources and TAG at Sagarsoft (India) Ltd since April 2018, where strategic HR initiatives have led to significant achievements, such as attaining a 'Great Place to Work' certification and improving female representation in the workplace. Previously, Nisha Nair held various roles at TEKsystems, including Talent Manager for the APAC Region and Associate Manager - HR, focusing on aligning HR practices with business strategies. Experience also includes positions at Frontline Consulting Services, Asian Development Bank, and Indian Marketing Research Bureau. Nisha Nair is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law at the National Law School of India University and holds multiple HR and finance-related qualifications.
