Oksana Billington is a seasoned finance professional and business owner with extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and consulting. Currently, Oksana leads Oksygen Consulting LLC, providing financial organization and growth support for small businesses. In addition to the role of Treasurer at CISV USA, Oksana serves as an Accountant with Sagax Team and Scitecs International LTD, and has held the position of Director at Oksy Gen & Associates since 2010.
