Shannon Neyland

Shannon Neyland (MAICD) is an accomplished National Service Manager at SAGE Automation, overseeing asset management and driving growth in long-term contracts within Water, Defence, and Manufacturing sectors since January 2022. Previously, Shannon served as the National ITS Manager and National Automation Manager at Downer New Zealand, focusing on technical services and innovation for utilities and transport. Before that, in roles at Johnson Controls, Shannon facilitated transformational change and led major contracts across the Pacific, also managing significant operations in the South Island. Shannon's extensive career includes leadership positions in Z-Tech Control Systems, where growth was driven in Water, Power, and Rail sectors, and hands-on experience as an Industrial Electrician at BHP.
