Francisco Torres Aguilera

Francisco Torres Aguilera is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the automotive and textile industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director EMEA at Sage Automotive Interiors since October 2020, Francisco previously held several key HR positions at Adient, including HR Director Global Fabrics, HR Director Fabrics & RECARO, and HR Director Fabrics EMEA from March 2015 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, Francisco was a Senior HR Manager at Johnson Controls from January 2011 to February 2015, and the HR Manager for Europe Fabrics at Michel Thierry Group from May 2000 to December 2010. Francisco began the professional journey in HR at MUÑOZ GUILLEM&ASOC S.A. as RESP HHRR from January 1998 to May 2000.
