Hilko Hedden

Hilko Hedden has extensive work experience in human resources and change management. Hilko is currently the Human Resources Director EMEA at Sun Chemical. Prior to that, they served as the Global HR Director at SaarGummi Group from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they were the HR Manager EMEA at Delphi from 2015 to 2016. Hilko also worked as the Head of Change Management & Training at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc from 2013 to 2015 and as a Change Manager from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture from 2009 to 2011 and as a Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting from 2008 to 2009.

Hilko Hedden attended Hochschule für Politik from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a Diplom degree in Politikwissenschaft.
